Do I need to buy membership?

No. Quintessential Jets™ offers the benefits of private aviation without burdensome membership fees, monthly maintenance fees, or impractical long-term financial commitments. We offer “pay as you fly” options.

In addition, Quintessential Jets™ also offers the Q Card - a program catering to businesses and individuals requiring ongoing access to the finest and most secure private aircraft. Members avail themselves to the best in affluent travel at surprisingly affordable rates.

What aircraft can I choose from?

aircraft. This includes, without limitation, light, mid-size, super-midsize and heavy jets. We also have access to Boeing Business, 733 and 747 craft in addition to propeller aircraft (both turbo and piston).

Light jets are appropriate for up to six passengers; mid-size jets are best for 6 to 7 passengers; super mid-size are for 7-8 passengers while heavy jets are suitable for 8 to 16 passengers. All craft include a galley, enclosed lavatory and cabin attendant.

How does Quintessential Jets™ ensure the safety and security of its passengers?

Your safety is one of our primary concerns. Accordingly, we are Members in Good Standing with industry leaders ARGUS®, Wyvern®, NATA®, and NATA First®.

Every individual who has flown on the aircraft before you and your family is screened pursuant to stringent standards established by the Transportation Security Administration.

Reservations require the full legal names of all passengers. Passengers over 18 must present valid, government issued photo ID prior to boarding. In the absence of such identification, boarding is denied. Passengers under 18 must be affirmatively identified by the lead passenger.

All crewmembers are required to present and prominently display Company-issued photo identification badges when on or around the aircraft. Crewmembers are also required to carry valid government issued photo identification.

All aircraft are locked and secured in the absence of crewmembers.

How do I make a reservation?

Whether you are calling for an Individual Charter or you are a Q Card Program Member, kindly call (866) 950-JETS to make your travel arrangements.

You will be assigned your own personal Concierge Attendant. Each time you contact us, your designated Attendant will promptly and professionally handle each and every aspect of your trip.

Are there restrictions on who can fly in my chartered aircraft?

You may be accompanied by as many individuals as may safely travel on your specific aircraft. You do not need to be present on a flight to use your Q Card and may authorize family members, friends and business associates to conveniently utilize your account as your discretion dictates.

Costs associated with private aviation vary significantly based on a number of factors including aircraft size, flight distance and length of stay. The Q Card Debit Program is perfect for frequent flyers on different types of aircraft. You simply place a deposit in an interest-bearing escrow account. Whenever you choose to travel, you may choose from the fleet of 3,000+ modern private aircraft we place at your disposal with the cost of your itinerary debited from your account. This option provides the flexibility to apply prepaid aircraft hours to any aircraft type which best meets any changing private aviation requirements.

The Q Card Hours Program is of maximum benefit to individuals who utilize the same type aircraft each time they travel based on certain cost efficiencies created by such multiple uses. Upon creating an account, you avail yourself of a specific number of hours on a particular type aircraft. Your future itineraries are debited consistent with your travel.
